⭐ GUEST RELEASE AGREEMENT

The Burning Letters Podcast & RYGT Consulting LLC

This Guest Release Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between the undersigned guest (“Guest”) and RYGT Consulting LLC and The Burning Letters Podcast (“Producer”).

By participating in any recording, interview, appearance, or content submission for The Burning Letters Podcast, Guest agrees to the following terms:

1. Grant of Rights

Guest hereby grants to RYGT Consulting LLC and The Burning Letters Podcast the absolute and irrevocable right and permission to:

    •    Record, photograph, film, or capture Guest’s voice, likeness, image, biography, statements, performance, and participation (“Content”)

    •    Use, edit, reproduce, publish, distribute, broadcast, display, or license the Content in whole or in part

    •    Use the Content in any media format now known or later developed, including video, audio, print, digital, and social platforms

    •    Create derivative works, promotional materials, advertising, or commercial content using the Content

These rights are worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, and transferable.

2. Ownership of Media

Guest acknowledges and agrees that:

    •    All recordings, videos, audio files, photographs, transcripts, and related materials are the exclusive property of RYGT Consulting LLC and The Burning Letters Podcast.

    •    Guest has no ownership rights to the Content and will receive no compensation unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

    •    Producer retains full copyright and intellectual property rights over all material produced.

3. No Obligation to Use

Producer is under no obligation to publish or use any Content captured during Guest’s participation.

4. Release of Liability

Guest releases and discharges RYGT Consulting LLC, The Burning Letters Podcast, its owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, and agents from:

    •    Any claims related to the use of the Content

    •    Any claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, infringement, or misrepresentation

    •    Any liability arising from editing, production, distribution, or public display of the Content

Guest understands that once published, the Content may be publicly accessible indefinitely.

5. Representations & Warranties

Guest represents that:

    •    All statements made during recording are truthful to the best of their knowledge

    •    Guest is over 18 years of age

    •    Guest has full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement

    •    Participation is voluntary and not made under duress

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the state in which RYGT Consulting LLC operates.

7. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the full understanding between the Parties and supersedes any prior discussions or arrangements.
